Why a Sunday Routine Is Key
NO SUNDAY SCARIES HERE
Sunday Routine: Slow morning (this is key), take my time making breakfast, work on a few of my own project goals (nothing busy or task-driven, more like big picture), yoga in the afternoon, breathwork whenever I want to reset, some good self-care stuff (face mask, body scrub, etc.), vinyl listening, and a red light night reading sesh. It’s the absolute key to starting the week off right for me. Some will tell you the week starts Monday; for me it’s setting myself up for success with a good Sunday routine ♥️
